Compassionate Contingencies

How we are monitoring and responding to increased need

Responding in the Well Way...

Shelly Sassen

Chief Executive Officer

Dear Well Outreach Community:

We have created this web page to be a place of both information and reassurance during this time of heightened need for so many in our community.  We are monitoring and responding to food insecurity challenges as efficiently and compassionately as we can.  Our mission is to be the hands and feet of Jesus, serving those in need, and we will stretch our hands and quicken our feet in response to these trying times.  They are marked by great uncertainty, but The Well Outreach will remain unwavering in our efforts to serve those in need.

Current protocols

November 1

  • Regular hours
  • Regular portions
  • Increased food needs

We have developed a series of possible contingencies to put in place in response to the additional demand for food.  Our staff and volunteers will continuously monitor our capacity to respond to any such increase and we will update this page when changes are needed.
