Shelly Sassen
Chief Executive Officer
Our CEO
Shelly Sassen has served in the role of Chief Executive Officer since 2019. Through her leadership and vision, the number of families served by The Well Outreach has grown ten-fold in the past five years.
Our ministry now has over 20 full-time staff members serving people at two food pantry campuses and running four impactful programs within our community.
She has transformed what was once a small neighborhood food pantry into a regional food organization that impacts communities throughout Middle Tennessee.
